• A Higher fee is payable for certain types of properties or locations where considerable travel is required. See T&Cs.

• Your lender’s mortgage reference number, which is contained within your approval letter or available from your Advisor.

Important Notice: Failure to provide accurate information will result in delays and could lead to the production of an incorrect valuation report. Once you have submitted this form, any subsequent change to correct this information or to amend a valuation report will cost an addition €50.00.
